- Getting started: create your loyalty program, customize your card, and start enrolling customers from your phone.
- Your team: invite staff with an invitation code so they can add stamps and serve customers.
- Billing or account help: email us and include your store name so we can find your account quickly.
For customers
- Adding your card: scan the store's QR code and tap to add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, no app needed.
- Lost card or progress: if you enrolled with an email, contact the store or us to recover it. If you enrolled anonymously, recovery may be limited.
- Privacy requests: to access or delete your data, email us, see our Privacy Policy.
